Oil-free spiral compressors
Oil-free, compact utilities characterised by an extremely silent operation. Air compression from atmospheric pressure to operating pressure is conducted on a continual basis using two spirals, one of which is stationary, while the other one is set in rotary motion. There is no immediate contact between the metal spirals and as a result of this, the elimination of a lubricating medium in the compressor stage ensures the production of completely clear compressed air free from oil. As a consequence of such a solution, at the exhaust of compressors the obtained compressed air is free from any pulsation and the pressure is maintained at a relatively constant level, thus ensuring the stability of the production process. A relatively small number of movable parts, out of which the machines are built, as well as good access of operators to the significant elements inside the enclosure, ensure the safe and reliable operation of these utilities.
OPERATING PARAMETERS of the individual types of compressors are located within certain determined ranges, the extreme values of which are the following: overpressure output up to 1.0 MPa, flow rate in the range between 7.5 m3/h up to 88.9 m3/h, motor power from 1.5 kW up to 15 kW.

• I standalone motor power from 1.5 kW up to 3.7 kW, flow rate from 7.5 m3/h up to 23.8 m3/h, overpressure output 0.8 – 1.0 MPa
• II on a tank and tandem version motor power from 1.5 kW up to 7.5 kW, flow rate from 7.5 m3/h up to 47.5 m3/h, overpressure output 0.8 – 1.0 MPa
• III super motor power from 1.5 kW up to 3.7 kW, flow rate from 9.7 m3/h up to 24.1 m3/h, overpressure output 0.8 – 1.0 MPa
• IV super dry motor power from 1.5 kW up to 3.7 kW, flow rate from 9.7 m3/h up to 24.1 m3/h, overpressure output 7.75 – 9.75 MPa
• V super multi dry motor power from 6.0 kW up to 15 kW, flow rate from 31.7 m3/h up to 88.9 m3/h, overpressure output 0.8 – 1.0 MP
