Oil screw compressors
Innovative, durable, energy efficient and silent sources of compressed air. They are characterised by state-of-the-art advanced technology, user-friendly operation and installation, as well as by long periods between individual maintenance inspections. Their operation is fully automated, in particular through the start-up star / triangle method and secured against overloading and too high a temperature. Smaller compressors are mounted immediately on the air tank/container, while the bigger ones are equipped with an acoustic enclosure, and their top of the line vibration isolator makes it possible for the utilities to be placed immediately on the floor without the necessity to lay custom-designed foundations for this purpose. These machines are designed for continuous operation in difficult exploitation conditions, including a custom-designed model for zones running the risk of an explosion, in accordance with the EU Directive 94/9/EU ATEX 95. They successfully substitute for the small-sized piston compressors used thus far. 
Screw compressors are distinguished by the type determined by manufacturers which is characterised by a special range of parameters of operation, as well as by the efficiency they achieve.
The compressed air delivered to the installation is, for the most part, purified. The oil content does not exceed the approximate value of 5 ppm as a consequence of applying a special oil removal system. On the other hand, humidity is precipitated in the aftercooler which constitutes the fundamental component part of compressors.
Control over the production process of compressed air in machines with motor power from 22 kW is conducted by means of microprocessor controllers. These controllers supervise the operation of the machines by unrestricted access to all the operating parameters of a compressor in order to perform any necessary changes in terms of its operating parameters.
OPERATING PARAMETERS of the individual types of compressors are located within certain determined ranges, the extreme values of which are the following:
I compressors with direct drive
• overpressure output from 0.75 MPa up to 1.5 MPa, flow rate from 200 m3/h up to 2420 m3/h, motor power from 30 kW up to 250 kW
II compressors with a frequency converter
• overpressure output from 0.75 MPa up to 1.5 MPa, flow rate from 102 m3/h up to 2420 m3/h, motor power from 30 kW up to 250 kW
III compressors with a belt transmission
• overpressure output from 0.8 MPa up to 1.5 MPa, flow rate from 20 m3/h up to 930 m3/h, motor power from 5.5 kW up to 90 kW.
